Calcium is a compound name associated with a lot of compound elements. There are different types of calcium and as well as the various locations where they can be found. One type of calcium is the one found in the earth’s crust, another is found in the moon crust and the other source of calcium is the calcium found in the food that humans consume, which are needful for the proper coordination of the human body system.

The main source of calcium for the human body are calcium supplements gotten from dairy and dairy products, meats which constitute to a high amount of protein, fruits which gives the body vitamins which is needful for calcium buildup, eggs another high source of protein, aquatic animals a primary source of protein, poultry products, and vegetables which provide the body with the necessary calcium for strengthening the bones.


Thus, it is evident that the human body is reliant on calcium, which constitutes to 90 percent of the body mineral needs. The calcium in the human body is needful for the body’s maintenance of neuromuscular operation. The calcium constitutes to about 2 percentage of the body’s weight and it constitutes to 26 percent of the dry weight of the bones and teeth with respect to phosphate and carbonate.

Research has proven that the body uses about a 0.5g of serum calcium, which is exchanged for bone calcium which the body absorbs every day.

A case is where a boy would have a calcium content of 400mg of calcium in a day, the girl would produce only 200mg. but sometimes this case could be balanced at equal if both individuals would take a total amount of 1000mg calcium a day.
